Support of trade union representatives to prepare them to make better use of information, consultation and participation procedures at the workplace in order to anticipate change and develop skills

Study visits for senior shop stewards and works councilors to exchange information, experience and good practise of promoting further vocational training in companies
Develop a toolkit that contains a set of instruments for worker representatives to prepare a dialogue with employers
Organize eleven information and training seminars for senior shop stewards and works councilors on the basis of the toolkit so that the material can be tested and the participants are enabled to promote the employees’ skills development at workplace level
